Born and raised in Southern Ontario as a proud farm girl, I was driving a tractor long before I was driving a car — and long before I ever hopped on a motorcycle. My roots have always been about hard work, community, connection, and finding reasons to celebrate.
With over 30 years in the wedding and events industry, I’ve worn just about every hat you can imagine—from wedding singer to caterer, décor designer to planner and coordinator.
I’m also a certified WPIC Planner, a certified SYMBIS Relationship Coach, and yes… the doctor is in.
I hold a Doctorate in Theological Studies, which means I’ve spent a lot of time studying love, relationships, faith, and the beautiful (and sometimes wonderfully complicated) ways humans connect. Combine that with decades of hands-on experience, and you get someone who knows that every story deserves to be celebrated.
To me, every ceremony is more than a few words and a signature on a licence—it’s a story. Whether it’s a Cambridge wedding, Norfolk celebration, vow renewal, celebration of life, baptism, or a backyard “just us” kind of moment, I believe every milestone deserves to feel authentic, personal, and completely you.
When I’m not creating ceremonies or helping bring celebrations to life, you’ll find me being a proud mom to three of my favourite adults, two feline furbabies, and one very enthusiastic canine who, according to my kids, is apparently as close as I’ll be getting to a grandchild anytime soon.
Off the clock, I’m happiest when I’m exploring my other loves: food, fashion, and nature. I love a good theme, a thoughtful colour palette, and any excuse to make a moment feel extra special.
